各位选择Hi家教的同学们大家好！我是Sally老师。本科毕业于黑龙江大学外国语言文学（区域国别）学院日语专业并辅修法律专业，研究生就读于香港教育大学的全英授课专业——全球教育研究专业。我拥有一年多的线下一对一英语日语教学经验和高校行政工作经历，喜欢并擅长与学生沟通，调动课堂气氛，安排教学内容，及时反馈学习成果。例如，通过解构词性、联想意象、发声规律帮助学生记忆单词；通过搭建生活中的实际情景锻炼学生的口语交流能力；擅长深入浅出地讲解语法，并根据学生的不足之处制订学习计划。我认为授人以鱼不如授人以渔，只要找对学习方法，语言学习会是一场愉快且持续终身的旅行。
Dear students who have chosen Hi Tutoring, hello everyone! I'm Teacher Sally. I graduated from Heilongjiang University，majored in Japanese and minored in Law. I then pursued my postgraduate studies at the Education University of Hong Kong, majoring in the full-English-taught program named Global Studies in Education. I have over a year of experience in one-on-one English and Japanese teaching and have worked in university administration. I enjoy and excel at communicating with students, creating a lively classroom atmosphere, arranging teaching content, and providing timely feedback on learning outcomes. For example, I help students memorize words by deconstructing parts of speech, associating images, and understanding pronunciation rules; I also help students improve their oral communication skills by setting up real-life scenarios; I am good at explaining grammar in an easy-to-understand way and formulating learning plans based on students' weaknesses. I believe that teaching someone a fish is not as good as teaching them how to fish. As long as the right learning methods are found, language learning will be a pleasant and lifelong journey.
